Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please call us or, if you made your reservation online, use the link attached to the confirmation email.

If you are unable to show up on the date and time reserved, please cancel your appointment in time. This will make customers on the waiting list very happy.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment date and time, the cancellation fee will not be waived. You may be charged 80% of the amount of the treatment.

For cancellations without notice, 100% of the amount of the treatment may be charged.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may give priority to other customers.
